2. Yuva Utsava-India@2047 launched by Anurag Singh Thakur, Union Minister for Youth Affairs, Sports, Information, and Broadcasting, from IIT Ropar in Punjab.

3. Union Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Dr L. Murugan presented the 8th National Photography awards in New Delhi.

4. NISAR, an Earth-observation satellite, is a joint mission by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO).

5. Qatar’s Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani has appointed Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani as the country’s new prime minister.
